narf is back and reviving a thread with another gud animu View attachment 2862 puella magi madoka magica this is probably one of my all-time favorites, just because of how it was animated and the general plotline. the characters were different in their own ways (spoiler alert: one is a fucking crybaby), some can be relatable but i dunno i couldn't relate to any of them. now we come to narf-senpai's opinion on the art View attachment 2863 as was stated in the brief synopsis, i liked the art a lot. the animation was relatively fluid. it was just an experience, the atmosphere was well done and well timed. i honestly can safely say that the atmosphere of the anime really makes it work. (i ran out of meduka meguca pics) View attachment 2864 my opinion on the plot! yay! the plot was fairly nice albeit lacking in certain areas which i won't name. it's not objectively bad but it does harm the anime in the long run when the plot gets a tad lazy, which i honestly believe it does in certain areas. but that's just me. all in all i liked it. final rating: 8.5/10 it's nice
Kill la Kill because fast-paced ridiculous action with interesting characters and a fantastic soundtrack. Also fun art/animation style.
i actually disliked soul eater, it was cringeworthy tbh i watched all of it because i liked the animation and soundtrack, but that was it. for the most part though, the plot was moderately trashy and i couldn't get into it. :^(

Ai No Kusabi is my personal favourite, I enjoyed the amazing and dynamic scenes full of action. It also has good art style.
Eh, try out Cowboy Bebop. Kinda edgy, kinda too much badassary, but it's enjoyable. It's what you get out of an old show.
