Cashmere cat is the shit, and oh yeah, Chance is dope as fuck, I like his personality a lot, and his "na-na" gimmick doesn't get old with me. I kinda don't like Gambino, he can't find his own personality and flow, "Because the internet" had like, impressive production, but Gambino himself is a wreck, I thought he was supposed to be a comedian but 2chainz drops funnier lines than him. Really loved acid rap though, and Gambino verse on Favorite Song is actually good, I'd agree with that. The interlude is cute as heckie too:
He's a better actor than he is a rapper. Or comedian. Judging by your taste so far, you like Diplo? Another sick producer.
aaaah yeah Diplo is super nice too, Mad Legit was my shit when it came out. I love M.I.A. and their collab was great. Lately I've been on that Travi$ Scott's EP, "Owl Pharaoh", he's a dope producer. I had no idea he was only 19 when he got signed to G.O.O.D. beats, I think he's hella talented. He has pretty fresh collabs on there and he's p good rapper himself, it's really trap influenced with all the harsh drums, but the whole EP has a really nice atmosphere to it.
He's only 19? That's insane. The entire Trap genre has grown on me lately. It's really good party music.
He's like, 20 or 21 now, but he was signed at 19 by West and contributed to Cruel Summer, Wale's new album, Hall Of Fame, Yeezus, and he produced that one crazy Jay Z song with Wundagurl: Kinda wish Jay Z released instrumentals for Magna Carta cause he's gotten weak as fuck while still working with excellent producers
I didn't even know how much I wanted that until you mentioned it. What about Beyonce's new album though? I'm still deciding whether or not I like it & if it's socially acceptable for me to like it as well. says the guy on a Starbound RP server
I thought the artistic direction was pretty great with the episodic videos and all but the album sound is way too sparse and the themes are pretty redundant, I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. I want to like it more, but it's like, the music is not up to the whole atmosphere the videos put on, and it kinda destroys the intent for me. It's no "Runaway" movie.
I see where you're coming from. If there is one genre I am almost tired of though, it's whatever this is. (I still like this one though^)
lmao yeah dance house has never been my thing tbh, it's literally the same gimmicks over and over with different FL studio effectors acid house on the other hand is my jam
