I'm going to turn a blind eye to it for now, but piracy's bad. Especially when the company you're screwing is a small indie dev that needs the money. Please stop talking about it. And buy the damn game, it's cheap.
Everytime a "bard" has come to mattis, they ended up following people playing annoying music without consent. They then blow shit up when we tell them to bugger off. They're usually birds.

They definitely left items out on purpose to test their new patch system. And by near daily, they mean weekly basis at best. "W-what guys, we said near daily, a week is near a day!"

Nonetheless, we do need to recognize that we purchased a game for damn cheap, and are getting fairly regular updates. Just because they're a bit off on their promise doesn't mean we need to bash them for it.
Also I tried piracy once, and was like "Da faq is a torrent?" then gave up and just supported the devs.

Chucklefish is great. They make some mistakes, sure. But they're people, people are allowed to make mistakes. I've found them rather nice, very informative and they reeeeeeeeeally listen to the community. Like really. They deserve everyone dollar they made. So hush all of you
