But what happens is there's FERAL Florans who fuck shit up and attack people all the time who make Florans as a whole look like assholes eventhough they're not. Well, I mean I can't speak for every single one of them because every race has its assholes but you get what I mean. -As Free Radical- Well....I believe that we should gather up a large percentage of the Floran populace, give them a general aptitude test, and if they fail, we would send them to a mineral-rich planet and teach them civility through the respect of good old fashioned manual labor, and I suppose the teachings of a few civilized Florans, if they choose to head there. We would pay them all wages of course, and give them a percentage of the minerals they mine, every other week we could give another aptitude test to those who seem promising, and if they pass, give them a passport. Depending on the faction closest to where the planet is, we would send guards from that faction to watch over them and make sure no harm comes to them, either from the natural elements of these mining planets, or from one another. Is this a bad plan? I think not, it's quick, nonviolent, and most importantly. Profitable for all parties involved, including the Florans!

I would love to offer my services in guarding/protecting these Floran. I've had a few dealings with them, and I have found that more often than not, a few choice words defuse any situation with a Floran. -As Free Radical- Concerning "Enigma" I was considering this fact, but there is so much less profit to be had as many planets have fruit trees, and minerals are a good substance for the Florans to sell on a market once they are able to recieve their passport. They would all be payed wages, as previously mentioned, and despite not saying this , I was assuming that this would be understood, not only would they all be paid wages, but they would all be housed and fed, and they would not be forced to work for all the day, because if ALL of them were extremely tired, we would have no idea if they were just fatigued, or if they were truly becoming civilized. Along with all this, they get an opportunity to leave with no issue every other week, so long as they can pass another set of tests.
