Yes so do I, the armada idea is very good if you're part of a faction like the USCM, especially with so many members and this proposed "space combat" idea with rolls and stuff it could make for an interesting concept, we could have IC docking and boarding as well as raiding with rolls, and ships are just really fun to build and look at so yes.

Me and a few other's are trying to base a colony, off something similar to the Quarian Flotilla from mass effect, gonna clear out an asteroid field of all the rocks, and fill it with ships, the ships being what composes the colony itself, and preferably, the ships be copies of the actual ships the players use, going with the idea that ICly the Armada never stays in one place for long.
That would be great, I wanna see it once it's done. Never thought of building a colony in asteroid fields because of the need of survival systems. Might check for the mods that gives you the ability to build a placeable air tank. Having those inside the ship.
My makeshift solution, is to just have a stockpile of thosespacebackpack thangs for people Also, I figure, it's a bunch of ships in space so.. Wearin' your space suit, is legit, if you wanna go on a spacewalk
I would love to make a custom ship, but for some reason when I replace my ship file with the FCS file, it just gives be the default ship with the starting items. Any help would be appreciated
you're renaming the shipfile to your characters files (massive string of numbers and letters) and deleting the old one before moving the FCS one over, right?
