By the way, if anyone knows how to get some tentacles for the exterior, tips please? Dunno if you can grow trees on a ship never tried it, also dunno if you can grow Tentacles like trees?

my goal, is to make it look like a freakin' tentacle asteroid, from that little lore blurb, and have a bunch of thruster/missiles connected by chains to tow it along. It's gonna be Muck's slow, ghetto ship. His previous which I didn't screenshot, was just missile, with fleshy bits

 

I briefly contemplated making blood's ship a nuclear missile

 

It just makes so much sense, Florans like reverse engineer/scavenge tech and ships... Sometimes they just gotta make do with what's on hand. And what's more common than old ordnance?

 

You'll need a save editor or something along those lines to create tentacle tree saplings.

 

It's not as good as most others, but here is Seedbirds! It's a refurbished military-grade transport ship. The captain's deck was originally above (where his bed is).

 

Anyone ever seen the airship in Final Fantasy 8? Name is Ragnarok, this is my current project and my 2nd custom ship, once it's done, I'll show you some pictures of it. I find it hard to make small ship when you try to make a reproduction, it's just doesn't look right. As for ship sized, I know it doesn't affect a lot server stability even when there is players with giant ship. I did some test myself with friends on a public server. All creations I've seen here are really nice for now, hope mine will be equal.

That's a realky nice ship. Quite big too hehe. Is there a way to zoom out and see the whole ship wthout multiple printscreen?

 

edit your starbound.config and set zoom level to 0.5 ^^
