    As far as I know, anyone can join. Just make your character, contact Eyepecker in game /w OOCly and he'll arrange IC events.

    EDIT: Also, we kind of need a place to rp when eyepecker is not on.

    I would love to help build that also and Idea for how it was acquired because Eyepecker is a pirate that came out of retirement this could have been his old ship.

    Ooh, I want to help. It would be pretty cool if there were a lot of pirates and united they could oppose some of the bigger factions....
    This would be a fitting place for their hub. Not a city, but hub.
