Unless you're going to build something visually interesting and worth it, I'd suggest Tetanus Fields for this
I like both. For the second store one, TF could be a nice fit, or the Slums on Luminaria, or a spot on Haus (Aiko's planet with the bar and a few other places there)
I vote store. A crew of pirates generally isn't going to have a luxurious crime lord palace. They need a large amount of their booty in their ship if they need a quick escape.
I agree, Tetanus Fields can be a haven for the pirates. As for selling their bounty, I guess they can try and explore some other colonies.
We all need to try to get VISAs at Marathon just to clog the queue up with ridiculous amounts of pirates. Totally. "Crimes?" "Oh, uh... Pirating, raiding, plundering, stealing, murdering, stabbing, jabbing, slaughtering, assault, trespassing, breaking and entering..."
I'm setting up a colony that basically allows criminals and stuff. Would be a good place for you to set up. No time to explain properly now, though, just consider it.
I think the cover business should be something completely useless and boring like toilet or vending machine stores.
The ship I'm making will be quite large, it's meant to be a full-sized Transport. However, ICly it won't have a lot in the way of protection. It's more the ship for us to load up with the spoils of looting, raiding, and of course, robbing of transports, colonies, etc. So it'll have a lot of random junk in it.
Why don't we build 2-3 ships in an asteroid field actually. And we connect them to asteroids using chains. As if we sent an anchor B)
I guess we could do that instead of a headquarters, but we still need a couple of ships that can travel through space pillaging incase I'm offline.
The Crimson Tide maybe? Am I the only one who thinks it may be a bad idea to expose the deck to space? Just throwing it out there....
First robbery made. Maybe some more and we can afford some type of shield around the ship? I heard Carolli Corporation specializes in that stuff.
