this thread x ship cubed but seriously serious question here real talks time how many people believe that a triad could be a successful and stable relationship? and where can I find two guys to invite me to make their two way a three way
A triad is a relationship with three consenting adults. It is differing from a threesome in that a threesome is generally two partners and a third person added in for fun, and a triad is a relationship in which each member has positive feelings for both of the other members. I won't say that they love both of them, but that is the general ideal form of this relationship. Failing that, if the member(s, but please not more than one) that don't love one of their partners accepts the member they don't love, that is close enough to the mark to make it work. Also a threesome is physical and temporary whereas a triad is at least intended to be long term and might never have sexual connotations (just as a quote unquote normal relationship might never have sex involved). A triad would be most commonly found in societies or families where polyamorous (more than one attraction at a time in layman's terms) feelings are accepted (polyandry and or polygyny, not necessarily polygamy, as polygamy implies marriage).
I propose a new title; "fucktanlge" But in all seriousness; yes, these relationships have been documented in recent years. (It's hard to get an exact number, typically the partners are fearful of reprisal or privacy concerns) So, theoretically, yes? A triad could work? It really depends on the peoples' upbringing and emotional control. If there's much of any form of jealousy, without the proper knowledge to talk through it, it'll fall apart faster than Felith in the shower.
