Maybe you can help me with generating a flat planet? Unless it is like one of those things that can break the server if you don't do it right like custom NPCs. I'd like to start it off the server so my building doesn't lag the server up.
To elaborate, you need to generate a flat planet in single player, and find a moderator or Kaz to upload it. To generate a flat planet, you can just modify some config files relating to terrain generation and put it as a mod in single player. Can't really remember.

Actually, Neo Tokyo was the name of the primary location within both the Akira manga, which made its initial debut in 1982, along with another manga set in a city of the same name known as Mirai Keisatsu Urashiman. For works specifically of the name 'Neo Tokyo', not just being set in it, a film with the title was released in 1987. It's a very popular name among cyberpunk and dystopian anime settings, upon which the shooter is based.
