Hello? Come in? This is not a test. Week One - Nexta came under fire via enemy vessel, species and alignment unknown. Speculate pirates? Gave the fuckers as good as we got though both ships rendered severely damaged in firefight. Nexta limped over on impulse to nearby planet, sensors out and nav fucked up in the heat. Didn't pick up the magnitude of planets magnetic storms. Tried to set down on rock but storm / damaged state caused loss of control. Nexta flat lined, crashed landed somewhere planet side, ((hopefully not in fucking ocean)). Maggie utilised escape pod, made it down though ride was rough. Hit sky scraper, floors broke fall leaving a right mess behind but who'd even notice? Whole place is a dump. Planet has cities, plenty of infrastructure but looks to have suffered some sort of apocalyptic disaster, rendering it toxic. Radiation Levels - Extreme. Weather - Violent and Acidic. Temperature - Unpleasantly Erratic. Local Populace - None Existent. ((So far)) Good news? No shortage of scrap around here. Inventory : Hooded Coat Jeans Functional Gas Mask Kitchen Knife Revolver Precision Rifle Pot, Pan, Fork -- ect Set up base in west sky scraper for now. Tried radio, range severely diminished here. Planets magnetic storms causing interference? Found fellow survivor few days later, Martin. He's settled in dockside, built himself a crude "shack". Got his hands on an instrument and was playing his worries away? What a fucking mess. Hope he's keeping it together. Not a great time to lose your head.
