    i haven't even touched cesca in months... Francesca TV (just Vee or Fran IC) is my character that created it and built it through life savings and loans, so i was thinking of roleplaying the idea that it was a massive failure of an investment and she's in crazy debt now. might even touch up cesca to look worn down and like its always on the verge of foreclosing. might make for some interesting interactions too.
