((all dat edge)) The USCM will be investigating this matter, and will spare no expense in finding one of it's own. No one gets left behind. No further comments. This thread will be monitored by United Systems Comptrollers, and will take note of any posts that may lead to a discovery.
I see, no expense spared when some fucking crazy floran goes after one of your own, but when it's somebody else's fucking friend in trouble, all bets are off. Oh, wait, no they weren't, because USCM members WERE betting on that, I REMEMBER NOW.
((all dese posts relating to not posting fast enough, just got online to see it settle down mongrels ))
Despite my common acceptance of the USCM, you do have a point. There's a certain amount of biased attention in the USCM.
This was the last thing that we needed. Now people have excuses to get violent. Hell, there was nearly a firefight in a bar on Avalon one minute ago. Cause some Floran girl was the same color as the one in the video and people were messing with her. Things are gonna get out of hand.
(( as a random StarNet user )) Marines can and will always take care of their own. It's brothers-in-arms, a bond that transcends just friends or even family in cases. These talks about "outside jurisdiction" and "didn't save my friend" are kind of nonsense. You expect the United Systems to start a war with the largest organized Floran tribe in the galaxy over one Avian who is A: Not a citizen of the United Systems and B: Was accused of treason and attempted assassination? While they didn't agree, they had to respect the Floran traditions. And you guys would be complaining even if they WERE operating outside of their jurisdiction, calling them glorified rent a cops who want to run the galaxy. Instead of commenting how evil and useless they are, how about helping with finding this poor girl who just got her eye ate?
