    *His voice is partly dead, and lined with pain. But also a new.. Lift, is in it* Josh stepped down from command, for now. Cole's now Second Lt. And I made Chief Warrant Officer. I'm second in command now. Everyone but Cole is under my care... I've contacted a possible psychiatrist. I need to stop tearing myself apart. Enough is enough. Felith out.

    Opp fell to the Blackfangs. We tried and tried, but it wasn't enough. Too many got wounded. Matt almost died by being burned alive. I got scrap lodged in my back and life support. I almost died. After letting Matt know I love her. I almost died... I'm done with this sector. Done. After I get us repaired, we're leaving. We may come back after Matt is healed, we may not.
