Can't login?

Funny stuff with all those IPs..

 

Can't log in. The server player count is at 0 and I can't get in.

 

The server restarts every three hours to back up world data. This generally takes 8-12 minutes.

 

I just get "Wrong password" typing everything exactly as I submitted it.

 

Sometimes happens for no reason.
Delete both username and password, try to log in, get error, then try to fill in again.

 

For anyone who recently registered (Say in the last 12 hours, give or take), we've discovered a small issue with our application handler that prevented it from adding new accounts to the whitelist; once it comes back online (soon), you should be able to connect.

Howdy, I haven't been able to connect to the server for the past week and I'm honestly clueless what to do at this point, I've tried just about everything I can think of and any advice to try to get back on would be great. I only seem to be having this issue with this particular server, I can connect to any other server I try just fine.

 

I'm probably not the best person to answer this but for the sake of whoever is could you say exactly what's the problem? What kind of error message does it give you and what not? That'll really help figure out what your problem might be so we can hopefully get you on the server as soon as possible.

 

Oh yes, I should have been more specific I apologize. I get the message "Join Failed! Error connecting to 's1.playstarboundrp.com:21025' " Again, it's only for I server.

Either you've been trying to connect at the time of server backup, you aren't whitelisted, or you have a bad connection.

 

Well, I haven't been attempting to connect during backups. Unless something changed that I don't know about I should still be white-listed. It could be connection but I've never had issues up until this point. I was playing without issue and then the server did the routine shut-down/restart and suddenly I couldn't reconnect, but maybe it's that.

 

Well no, I don't really post anywhere I just RP in the server. I also didn't know I was put on probation, would you mind if I asked what for exactly?

 

Of course it was...I know I have a roommate who plays as well as me and I've never had any incidents with anyone in the past, but perhaps this wouldn't be the best place to discuss this. I could just message you or start a new thread to avoid cluttering this one up I suppose.

 

I'm having some trouble connecting tonight... Only since the last restart before this one (midnight EST I believe? I'm bad at timezones). Getting the usual "Can't Login! Error at: etc. etc." issue.

 

^^^ That is, I know I can't connect right now because it's restarting again, but I'm hoping the errors before this weren't just on my end... 'cause I don't know how I'd fix them.
