First off, don't put yourself down like this. It's not healthy. If you draw something, and you don't think it came out right, do another drawing. But anyway, I might be able to help you a little here. I'm going to bar all traditional anatomy, since the goal was "Chibi". The whole goal with the style is to ultimately have the character be cute. The literal translation is "Small child", so let's think about that for a second. They sort of look like a baby. Now, list off what qualities babies have that regular people don't. Increased head to body ratio. Decreased neck/complete lack of neck. Big eyes. Tiny features. Block them out as essentially being chubby. Look at pictures you like as reference. Draw. Win. I'm going back to not being relevant anymore. Peace out.
