muscle is 1.5x to 2.0x more heavier than fat. fat is just stored lipids from not using the appropriate amount of energy. if anything, you're fugging yourself over doing that.
no fat foods you nugget. no JUST running you nugget. you want an equal balance of workouts, and good carb/protein intake. stop being a nugget godamit >:(
