So a character of mine had an arm replaced, I wanted to make an arm for him in Starcheat, but then I realized something. I have no idea what I'm doing. So is there anyone out there willing to make, or help me make, a prosthetic arm for a Glitch?

How does a glitch have a prosthetic arm? An arm replacement for a glitch is like changing a tire on a car. Just one part for another.

Yes, it makes no sense truth be told. A Glitch is a robotic humanoid. A prosthetic arm on it would simply be another arm for them, they could easily rewire and weld on a replacement limb, though it'd be somewhat traumatic if not done well.

Even still. A replacement arm is just an arm to a glitch. Like a hair to human.

Guys. A prosthetic is just an artificial body part. That doesn't mean it's needs to be attached to a person's nervous system or wiring. That'd be more of an advanced prosthetic like a cybernetic limb to retain full articulation and (somewhat) fluid motion. A false limb prosthetic can just be strapped on. Just clarifying things here so we don't attack a guy for wanting something that makes sense.

Thank you Smoke, but I'm actually looking for something somewhere in between. Cogtock isn't a clockmaker or anything, he doesn't need fine articulation, but a simple prosthetic wouldn't be enough. I should've clarified, now this is getting confusing.

He should get one of those dinosaur grabby-claws grafted to his stub.

Maybe I'll just make like Ash, and have an axe head replace his hand.

Just thought of a better way to explain it...

Cogtock swings swords, he doesn't play piano. So he would need something with more power than a prosthetic, but he doesn't need the articulation of a replacement.
