Ok yes so hello. Like I've been talking about in serious chat, I've been wanting to make a villain. I decided I want them to force cosmetic surgery on people after drugging them, ( with ooc consent of course) and I was wondering to what extend I could edit them. Tongues, eyes, etc? What's out of question.
This isn't really something that needs approval and should be handled by talking to other people and seeing what they're comfortable having happen to their character. Unless you need some sort of whacky/fancy tech to get this job done, this is fine as is.
