Authorities found themselves shocked today after a routine investigation of a small town, near the edge of Fringe Space. Upside, the tiny town in question, appeared to house no more than five residents. What shocked authorities was the dark underside that this small suburb hid just beneath its surface. Investigators found more than thirty criminal suspects living in the sewers beneath Upside, as well as convicting evidence. Because of the nature of the case, authorities could provide no further information on the subject simply stating, "It's complicated." Upside resident and mayor, Argus Hemstreet had this to say. "This has been a real wake up call for me as to what has really been going on in Upside. The situation is being handled, and there will certainly be no tolerance for anything similar developments again in the future." Council representatives are baffled as to how such a case could arise, with this planet staying off the radar. Court dates have yet to be scheduled, however the suspects will be moved to Core space for questioning. More as this story develops!
