Spoiler: Broadcast Room Breaking News! Terror at DynaCo Laboratories after armed militants stormed the research facility on the planet Veldraza and forced their way into secure research labs! More below! It was reported that the seven men had taken eight hostages who were said to have been executed shortly after, only four bodies have been found out of the eight. They are said to have escaped with large amounts of military research before the building was destroyed. Detectives Lance answered some questions to Aliza Beaumont, our reporter on the scene. Spoiler: The Conversation Aliza Beaumont: What do you think their goal was, detective? Detective Lance: We believe this was a planned attack to create fear amongst the population of our fine city, to try and show the council has no control, we also have reason to believe that the militants who stormed in and took the researchers hostage are linked to previous terror attacks across the core earlier this year. Aliza Beaumont: Is it possible that not all researchers in the lab have died, but were instead involved or kidnapped? Detective Lance: We are unsure as to how deep it goes, but we won't be ruling out possibilities. The Chief of Police will release a statement and answer any questions you have later, thank you. The attack has caused several nearby colonies to go into a state of emergency, issuing a strict planetary curfew enforced by the Council across the affected planets, the Council have assured the public the attacks will not happen again. DynaCo is a known Council Supplier for laser and plasma technology, with their most recent being a variation of the heavy energy rifle that was developed by their researchers several months before the attack. From our field reports, we uncovered that the bombings struck the colonies of Benoven and Infresco on one of the leading planets in scientific development, Veldraza.
