In my anger, I sought death instead of life, and my greed was answered with injustice. A costly reminder to the perils of violence over the ways of peace. The warrior claimed I was goodly, yet it is I who walks free and the innocent who paid the price of my transgression.
My greed has corrupted an innocent. I find myself walking a familiar warpath in an attempt at salvation, yet last time I walked this path, it took two of my friends in fusion atomics. As I close my eyes, it seems wealth cannot wash away the gore I see.
