Just an area to talk about any tabletop roleplaying games!

I recently joined a WH40K Dark Heresy campaign. I'm going to be catching up on the lore and everything to prepare, but I'm pretty excited.

Does anyone else play traditional games? So far I've played
    • Pathfinder
    • Call of Cthulhu
    • Everyone is John (da bess)
    • All Flesh Must Be Eaten
I also bought some of my first die this month! I got some pretty cool d10s and I hope to collect more.

Shadowrun is fun. For some reason I have the second edition manuals in pdf format. Nobody I know likes tabletop roleplaying games, so thats a thing.

I once played D&D with some folks at a cafe, but I didn't find it particularly enjoyable.
The room was hot and it took 30 minutes to do anything due to the large party size. Maybe just a bad party.

This. Too many people and things get really bogged down with D&D. 3-5 is optimal party size.
