Twitch link: http://www.twitch.tv/terallis 1st Stream: DONE 2nd Stream: Currently unsure So, I've brought this up with a few people already, and due to a bit of interest, I've decided to go ahead and do it. What am I doing? Well, with all the mods I have on Skyrim and the like, I'm going to be doing a livestream playthrough of Skyrim, from the start. However, many of you might be thinking "Oh. Well Skyrim is just boring as a whole." That is fine, but I'm not just playing Skyrim with mods. What I have in mind is actually roleplaying out a character, including the voicing of it. The character will have a personality, character development, and even a non-standard backstory (Through the use of Random Alternate Start.) Other mods that will drastically help the focus on roleplaying in a somewhat realistic world are: Frostfall (Exposure, Hypothermia, Survival, Camping, No Fast Travel) iNeed (Hunger, Thirst, Fatigue, Disease, Drunkeness) Battle Fatigue and Injuries (Lasting injuries and fatigue) Skyrim Redone (Overhaul to many features of the game that add far more depth to the character and world) Hunterborn (Realistic hunting of animals, like field dressing, skinning, gutting, etc.) Various appearance overhauls for the protagonist and NPCs, both adult and children alike. Extensible Follower Framework (For far better companion management and similar) Convenient Horses (Far better horse management for both protagonist and companions) Take Notes! - Journal of the Dragonborn (An in-game journal that can be written in) Character Creation Overhaul (More specialization and weaknesses. Makes it more like older ES games) And more. I will likely start doing the stream at some point. I will keep you guys updated, though, and post my Twitch account here once I'm good to go. Not sure how much attention it'll get, but I plan on doing it anyways. It's gonna be a lot of fun for me to do, for sure. I've actually been doing a roleplay story playthrough for a while, but it's not as fun just playing alone and leaving the story to nothing but a journal. The idea of voicing out the character for a video will be a lot of fun. I do, however, plan on posting the archived streams, though, if I can and/or post an overview of what happens with each stream. Hope people decide to watch when I do them.
Nevermind. Postponing to tomorrow at the same time. I need to solve these mod issues. They were working just fine with my other file, just before I started the stream. Now they are giving me grief. Sorry guys.
Alright. To confirm, I have got everything working. I created the character, choose the start package (for Random Alternate Start), got spawned somewhere, and customized my mods through the MCM. Everything is set to go, so I will be able to just hop on and start the stream when the time comes. Apologies again for having to postpone it.
This sounds cool, unfortunately I wont be able to watch it. Will it be saved as a non live version once you're done streaming it, or will I just miss out? Also, good choice of mods.
I have Twitch set to archive my streams, so I'll be sure to post it. (I do hope my internet doesn't crap out during it, at all.)
Alrighty. First stream is good. It was a bit slow and I died a lot because of where I started, but yeah! I'll post the video here shortly. Keep in mind, it's uncut, so it is about an hour long.
