    Prerequisites:
    -Must not have qualms with attacking innocent vessels
    -Must be able to operate a firearm/hand-to-hand weapon (Or capable in the near future)
    -Must be capable of following orders and working with others
    -Must be willing to put their life on the line for the good of others
    -Preferred to have experience on solar ships
    -Preferred to have a bright disposition

    Pay will be 40% for the captain, 60% evenly among the crew. Pay will come from trade or raids.
    Mutiny will be responded to swiftly and harshly, with little tolerance.
