Question about Construction

    I have a quick question about construction on uninhabited systems. I don't want to build a full on colony, but more like a remote location for my character. How would I go about doing this?

    You're free to build just about anything, so long as it ICly makes sense to be built or have existed. Only things like colonies need approval.
