The following message was spoken plainly and briefly by a well mannered man. A good man, you might say. "To all who read this, hello. I belong to a small group of many who came here seeking refuge after our home sector collapsed. We have survived through troubling times and almost certain death -- and have grown comfortable in our own corner of your sector. Until now, we had kept to ourselves and tried to recover from our wounds and exhaustion brought. Now, with our home having grown, we welcome the locals to visit. We have a dire need for trade and goods -- and are hoping to establish routes to funnel such into the camp. We ask you all to leave your guns and weapons when visiting. Much of our refugees are armed and experienced, as well as on edge. We hope to avoid any conflict or violence amongst visitors -- but are not afraid to defend ourselves against acts of aggression. Please forward all business proposals to [email protected]. ((ME <3)) Thank you." The transmission would loop every few hours, and be followed by the digital coordinate origin. 81, 81 V. OOC INFORMATION! Stuff to know! ______________________________________________________ Heyo! We're finally opening the camp up, woo. There are some blanket OOC rules / guidelines that I'll just hot down here. Be gentle <3 Don't build / destroy without permission! Pretty please! The camp has established an air radar to detect ships deploying from several hundred kilometres around. Automated systems will forward warning messages to the trespassing vessel 3 times over the course of a 3 minutes before the AA canon attempts to fire them out of the sky. Of course, landing is possible with IC permission. The camp being 'empty' OOC does not essentially mean it is empty IC. People can't be logged on at all times! Premeditated attacks or raids should not be executed unless there are +5 camp locals currently planetside. It would also be nice to be told OOC before hand, but it is not entirely necessary. Attacks that involve destruction of any sort should always seek permission prior.
