*A reply via private radio signal is sent several hours after the first was received* We've heard your message and we're willing to negotiate the terms of this prisoner's release with you within Installation 71 "The Freezer". Throughout the duration of this meeting you will be treated as representatives of your organization; you have our assurance that these negotiations will remain peaceful. Please reply with a message confirming this broadcast was received.

We wish to inquire of the charges our faithful faces, and how they came to be your prisoner. They have not enter upon any soils claimed by the United Systems until becoming your captive.
A recording is sent, a talk between two avians, one of them the Flightless prisoner. Nothing important to mention, just idle chat, the first avian informing the prisoner of her group contacting USAF to inquire about her, which seems to brighten her mood right away, asking if all she has to do is wait, being answered that it may take a few days since no talks have begun yet. Her voice seems normal, not showing any form of istreatment or fear. Recording is dated around 30 minutes prior to transmission.
*Another message is sent along with the recording of the two Avians speaking, similar to the first* The prisoner is alive and well. She was handed to the United Systems to be taken into custody, rather than be handed over to Katune out of fear for her safety. According to reports, she fired upon a civilian in an attempt to wound and possibly kill them.
Your reports I am afraid are incorrect. The faithful you currently hold was involved recently in an investigation of a grounded facility known to be the home of violent criminals. Upon entry into the territories, our people were set upon and assaulted. While they fought back valiantly, we suffered losses. These charges are not only false, but your government holds no jurisdiction over the soils in which this operation took place. Please return our faithful to us, immediately so we can put this business behind us.

You have no prisoner. You have a hostage. Our faithful was abducted from the site of an operation and given to the United Systems. We have broken no laws on United Systems soil, we have engaged in no formal conflict with United Systems forces. You are attempting to justify kidnappings by a third party as means for a bargaining chip for something you have no understanding if. You have the second hand story from Katune, a place known throughout the frontier as being a corrupt state led by a raving madman and watched over by savage florans. Return our faithful to us. Return the penatant to us as well. Unless you have proof our people have committed the acts you claim on United Systems soil, we demand the immediate release of both of our people from your forces.
During a recent firefight between Grounded and Flightless forces, several United Systems Marines were injured in the crossfire, dragging us into the conflict. This prisoner was found to be loyal to the aggressors and is now being held by the United Systems as a POW after being taken into custody for firing on a civilian. If you wish to have them released, in return we request the keystone to the bindings of the Avian that was recovered as a victim of this conflict.
Let us make something perfectly clear. There are no prisoners of war, as there have been no declarations of war. The intelligence we received was in regards to a hostile grounded element targeting our people. We responded to this intelligence by sending a team to disarm this threat. Our intelligence was true, as our forces were set upon by a premeditated ambush by the hostile grouped forces. Our faithful were given direct orders not to engage with force unless met with resistance. They were fired on, and they defended themselves. Now you admit the United Systems had not only knowledge but involvement in the intended slaughter of my people. You have killed my kin, and taken claim over the others. Since when has the United Systems, a faction of law and order, resorted to being hired killers for thugs and criminals? Your people not only owe us an explanation for this act of aggression on my people, but the life of one who fell to the cowardly tactics of your people and your allies.
I'm afraid you are mistaken, several United Systems Marines were caught in the crossfire of a conflict between Grounded and Flightless forces. Never once was it stated that the United Systems was involved in any such ambush. However, we are willing to look past the injuries inflicted on our Marines by your people during this conflict so that we may negotiate peacefully the terms of this prisoner's release. What we are requesting is the keystone to the bindings of an Avian that was recovered and is now in our care, in exchange for the release of a prisoner that was taken into custody during these acts of hostility.
The mere fact they were "caught in the crossfire" is admission of involvement. A trap was set. Those who assaulted our faithful were involved in this trap. If your forces were present, they were also part of this plot. Ignorance is not an excuse for the slaughter of my people. You have endangered your people by aligning yourselves with criminals. Refusal to give us back both of our faithful will be considered a formal declaration of war. We have paid the price of a life for those who now hold. You will not further cheat us.
The presence of our Marines was mere coincidence when your people happened to be ambushed. The fact that these Marines were caught in the crossfire only resulted in them having to respond with force for the sake of their own lives. The United Systems is not interested in putting its Marines' lives at stake for another race's feud. These are peaceful negotiations in an attempt to resolve this affair; we will not be held accountable if you choose to respond with hostility. Our offer is the keystone for the prisoner.
