    INTRODUCTION
A small and seemingly trifling star in the fringe of Council Space wouldn't call for much attention by itself. Tartarus Rest was to be a lone system reserved to the aged and the deceased, a heap of sterile planets packed with bathos and self-pity. However, upon recent investments, the uninteresting orbits became one of the major interests in the frontier.

One of the few bright places over the darkness of the fringe the Monolith is a safe haven for many, offering refuge and shelter. Unlike other colonies, it runs under a private company, Monolith Inc, which takes pride of being pioneer in electric energy solutions in the outskirts of Council Space.

Whether on business or on leisure, visitors are welcome inside the facility, supposing they don't infringe local rules or challenge the authorities. After being properly identified at the Customs and making sure they don't enter carrying any sort of weapons, visitors are given an ID, and all are allowed in. Except, of course, wanted criminals and bounty hunters. Those are to be met with lethal force should they attempt entry.

The top-notch power plant is located at Tartarus Rest I (X73 Y148), and gets it's income by selling Power Cells throughout Council Space. Above the generators itself, is located the headquarters of the company which runs the operation, as well as public spaces. These include as of now include a lounge and a bar.

    CUSTOMS PROCESS

To access the facility, one must go through the Customs. The doors immediately connected to the outside open automatically unless shut by the control room or the Customs. After entering, an AI will speak through the intercom and present itself as a hologram inside the Customs, asking you to present your ID. If you don't have one, you will undergo registration in the servers. The hologram will ask you to provide, with proper documents, your name, date of birth, gender, race, contact info and occupation, as well as a picture with no helmet or mask over your face. After the process, a biological scanner will be run down on your body, searching for any potential weapons or prohibited items. If such are identified, you will be asked to dispose of them. Weapons can be left at locked boxes at the entry, and drugs or else will be taken to the nearest incinerator. After you are all set, she will allow you to go through and open the door to the lounge with your ID card. It will be used to open every door in the facility.
Obs: Some doors have privileges to them. Rank 1 (visitors) can only open the doors to the lounge and the bar. Rank 2 (workers) may open the doors to the storage and their shops, should they ever exist. Rank 3 (residents) may open the doors to public spaces and their apartments. Rank 4 (security) can open all doors, except the doors to the generators and private staff apartments. Rank 5 (staff) have all privileges.
