What's the opinion on the use of NPCs for jobs such as mining and maintenance work? I've tried to employ actual characters for Volkov's mining outpost, but those characters tend to drift away or be throwaways.
I'd be inclined to agree with getting npcs (seen or unseen) to do menial tasks people won't rp, but only if they're not important tasks. For example, saying that NPCs mined all the resources for you to build your colony isnt okay, but saying that there are NPC miners working in the outpost is probably acceptable. But I'm not exactly staff or anything so I'd like to see what they have to say on the subject first.
