Noa Jaycee-- the troubled Avian Jaycee is a 26 year old avian who stands roughly at the height of 5'5" from talons to skull. Her build is well managed with some muscles that hint at rigorous training in the past, yet, she would still most likely lose an arm-wrestling competition because of her differently built body. Jaycee's eyes are a dark, chocolate brown. On the back of her neck to both sides is a dark brown semi-circle, hence the species' 'ring-necked' name. Spoiler: Ring-Necked Dove Jaycee appears to be alert, aware of her surroundings, and seems to act more altruistic than her previous visit to Council Space. Her arms are covered in feathers, but, she still has very solid talons. Almost always, her diary could be seen in her robes inner pockets, or in her pants pocket. Noa wears a ruby-jeweled necklace of Avian design. Both of her knuckles are bruised. The injuries from a knife have simply faded into scars. (( will keep adding to this as more stuff happens ICly ))
