No such account "Jackie Duckie" and incorrect password

    Hello, I get this error "No such account "Jackie Duckie" and incorrect password" when I log in. And I cannot log in through Antares Whitelist Account Management - Login this either. I have been approved but I have not played on the server yet. Can you help me?

    I am using this login:
    Server IP: sb.antaresroleplay.com
    Username: Jackie Duckie
    Password: [REDACTED]

    Currently, the whitelist system cannot handle accounts with spaces in the name. Please use underscores instead.
