Kimiko is a short-medium Hylotl standing at 5'3 if you don't include her fins. While her fins are drooping and dangly, they're at most only half a foot from the top of her head, and all the way down her back to her tailbone. Each one getting smaller, and a slit cut in the back of her clothes to accommodate said fins. When standing up completely, the fins seem like a very large fan, spanning a full five feet in length and a foot from the top of her head. She speaks softly, and typically has a caring look on her face. Usually she wears a rose-red summer dress, though it doesn't quite fit with her colors. She carries a small purse that matches the color of her dress, inside is typically a few chits, her PDA, and a cute wallet.
