How much is a metal bar?

    How big is a metal bar in terms of real world numbers?

    Any ideas on how we could come up with a number for this? I was thinking maybe find out the mass of a piece of armor and determine mass by that.

    Alternatively, maybe there's some sort of standardized sizing for ingots in real life? That might be more appropriate.
