    I've notice a lot of custom NPCs and I was wondering how do I get that? Meaning, how do I make custom NPCs.

    well, I'm pretty sure that you need certain race based or theme based items in a room with a colony deed, but if you mean custom as in choosing equipment, looks, everything, im not sure
