Just next to the telepad stands a tall hardlight screen, which seems to display messages. Anyone who bothered with the screen would quickly realize they could post notices of their own for all to see. A bulletin board, if you will. Staff watch the board and will delete things they deem inappropriate, but if this happens to a message of yours, simply put it in a spoiler instead of actually deleting it.
