Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the (at least) 6th game-related thread. Hearthstone is a card game...about uh...people hitting portraits of fictional characters together. Yeah. As represented in full by this chart. View attachment 2015 I like Hearthstone. I play it lots. I suck at it. Who else does?
I play. I really like it. A good mix of strategy, luck, and skill. Also, it isnt really pay to win, more along the lines of play to win, unlike a lot of these kinds of games now adays.
That's partially why I like it; a lot of 'free' games these days absolutely require you to pay to get to play core pieces of the game. In that sense, they aren't really free at all. In Hearthstone, with the newest 'adventure' storyline, you have to pay to get the next 12 battles. No way to earn it other than that...but it's not a required thing to progress (there's no progression story-wise anyway) and you don't get anything absolutely incredible out of it, so it's not pay to win.
Do you own any of the mtg pc games if so which one, and which year would you recommend? I heard 2015 is the only one that allows you to customize/build your deck.
No the only reason it needs a credit card is for if you want to buy things in game.it's not as bad a duel of the planeswalkers though.
SO magic online is not pay to win? And i could use a prepaid cc for this. Like if i get this game do I need to buy cards, chapters.. shit like that?
To be real magic online is pretty much like playing magic IRL you buy boosters and packs and play against other people there isn't any story mode its just like playing magic at your local card shop.
