Website Hacker Experience is a work in progress browser based "incremental" game based around a fiction version of hacking. It features various parodies of companies, such as McDiabetes(McDonalds) or Nothing To Do(Nintendo). The basics of the game revolve around a few aspects. Software: All of your tools, viruses, and files. Examples: Cracker, Port Scanner, and Miner A cheaper way to get better software is by following the puzzle trail. The first one is located at the your homepage. Hardware: Your server, you start out small and can grow bigger to do much greater things. External drives are available to safely backup data you don't want to lose such as a virus. Tasks: The processes running off your server. It displays the time remaining and its percentage. Internet: You have to connect somehow, this is how. There's a default page that shows a few starting points. Log File: The most important part of the game, if you don't clear this after performing an action you can welcome viruses and say goodbye to your money. Getting started is simple, simply get an IP from somewhere and go to it. You'll be greeted by an Index page and from there have the option to hack or log in, but in order to log in you must first hack it. After logging in to the server you'll immediately see the server's log. Be quick to delete it or else you'll be a target. Once you've decided to target them, it's a simple as uploading the virus and running it. Once it's installed, it will become italic and you can sit back and wait for the dosh to roll in. It's a fun game, and I often play it while RPing.
viruses are a slow way to make money, but less risky you want money, you go rob bank accounts and ddos people for real cash and then once you get bank info, you rob the people that told you to rob other people
Robbing banks almost never succeeds without you getting robbed yourself if you do it alone. I've with a clan of 3 people, and we plan out our bank heists so we always have someone nuking the logs while we're making transfers.
