The Penal Army. Equipped with basic leather army, and crude gas-masks. These soldiers were ex-convicts and renegades. Their main weaponry is basic ballistic weaponry ranging from 9 mm pistols to the occasional 5.56/7.62 AR. The faction's main use is to be in events, not an active group. Their funding is quite tight due their leader Boltoncast being in deep debt with many agencies. The army is based on Bolton's Scrapyard. I really just want to avoid asspulling and I hope to keep a more organized list of what Bolton has and what this group has.
