Edge of the Empire: The Love child of DnD and Starwars

    Heya, so I'm starting to play Edge of the Empire with a group of friends, and since more players tends to equal more fun, I thought I'd put a little message out on the forums. What is it? Well think DnD, chuck it in the Starwars universe and change the dice system around a bit. Our first 'Session' is tomorrow hopefully if all goes well. So uhm, yeah.     Don't.

    In EotE, the "max tier" jedi after spending a bunch of points is equivalent to a padawan.

    And none of us are starting as jedi.

    Technically, you can't even become a jedi. It's more of a 'Endgame' thing if you will

    To put into context, imagine if you will, having to get to level 50/150
    And this is spending all available experience you can muster directly towards force abilities, thereby gimping yourself in all other aspects.

    just to be able to efficiently mind trick/sense/throw rock for damage
    And only one of them.

    This ruleset does force sensitive exile so well

    Edit: Additional funions

    There's no lightsaber skill

    It's entirely possible to find and use one, but you're just as liable to hurt yourself and friends as others :)
