    Patient Diagnosis - Organ-O Clinic
    SHORT - MEDICAL SUMMARY REPORT

    ID: #0001
    Patient’s Name: Mute Age: 24 Sex: Female Race:Human
    Diagnosis made by: Doctor Mozart

    Exams:
    • Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging (NMRI);
    • DNA Explosion and Prediction Procedure (DNA-EPP);
    • Full Injected NanoSmarts Report.

    Diagnosis:

    The patient did not have any complaints about their health or on their dysphonia. Her work requires direct contact with dangerous equipment and tools ( weapons ), but I did not found any trace of radioactive, biological or chemical types in her body that could justify any clinical pathology .
    Some tests were performed where the DNA - EPP showed possible future development of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), in other words, liver cancer.
    According to the results, the cancer would have 89 % chance of becoming an aggressive malignancy in 13 years.

    Treatment:

    Was used intrahepatic nanoSmarts trough K-MEX Liquids immersion.

    Results:
    After treatment, DNA-EPP did not showed any sign of HCC in upcoming years.

    SHORT - MEDICAL SUMMARY REPORT

    ID: #0002
    Patient’s Name: Lex Ensete Age: 25-35 (Unknown) Sex: Male Race: Apex
    Diagnosis made by: Doctor Mozart

    Exams:
    • Prosthetics Capabilities Procedures (RCP);
    • Locally Injected NanoSmarts Report.

    Diagnosis:

    The patient did not have any complaints about their health aside his missing fingers (LF5, LF4, LF3 and LF2) on their left hand. His work requires direct contact with small and precise tools, so a total hand replacement was necessary.
    Some tests were performed where the RCP showed positive compatibility on using an Aupex Series Hand Prosthetic, which is the best suited model for fine controls of the fingers.

    Procedures:

    First, the patient was subjected trough a total cleaning and disinfection using nanoSmarts trough K-MEX Liquids full body immersion.
    After that, common surgical procedures were executed for removal of the hand in question.
    The next step was made by using the connections between the nanoSmarts injected beforehand on the arm with Aupex nanoGuides for placement of the prosthetics.

    Prosthetics:

    Aupex Series - Model:200a

    Exams:
    • Prosthetics Capabilities Procedures (RCP);
    • Locally Injected NanoSmarts Report.
    • Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging (NMRI);
    Diagnosis:

    The patient was first treated at emergency situation. Blood loss was controlled on site through pressurization along with healing . There was an accident at work (gun smiting) where the subject had his hand torn due to a probable explosion.
    At the clinic, some tests were performed where the RCP showed positive compatibility on using an Aupex Series Hand Prosthetic, which is the best suited model for fine controls of the fingers.
    The NMRI showed some kind of unexplained anomaly on the patient’s brain at hypothalamus, not a problem at all.

    Procedures:
    First, the patient was subjected trough a total cleaning and disinfection using nanoSmarts trough K-MEX Liquids full body immersion.
    After that, common surgical procedures were executed for removal of the remaining hand in question.
    The next step was made by using the connections between the nanoSmarts injected beforehand on the arm with Aupex nanoGuides for placement of the prosthetics.
