Ok, I am going to start a off-topic game that I call counting. What you do is either post a #(no double posting!), or a picture of a... dog meme(choose a doge meme and I will have to kill you). The goal is to get as high a number you can untill a dog meme picture is posted, and if one is posted, the counting resets. Rules- 1. No double posting 2. no Doge memes for a picture, or you will die to my wrath. 3. Only post the number that is the next number, compared to the last number post, as if you were counting. 4. all forum rules apply of course. Does a dog holding a 1 count as a count or a reset? I guess this technically isn't a meme so...*shrug*
it needs to have words in the form of having a picture, possibly the whole background, and then words around it, likely to be only at the top, bottom, or both so I say it counts as a 1 oh, 2.
also, you can easily make a meme if you want to make a new one with a meme generator, just search meme generator on your favorite online search engine, mine being google.
