    Orders:
    - A large quantity of computers, preferably manufactured by someone who specializes in engineering. Computers should be readily equipped with plenty of storage space for data.
    - Secure and reliable servers. They should not be easily compromised by hackers and the like. Funding to maintain said protection and usage will be provided.
    - Codex
    - A specialist with knowledge on setting up databases. Data management skills.
