    Howdy' yall, I'm awful new to this chunk 'a space but I reckon I could do some good, so I fixed up an corvette class ship and filled 'er up with all sorts of medical equipment, everythang' ya' could need to keep people alive and healthy, and if y'all are really in bad shape, I can keep ya' alive till I get'cha to a bigger facility or some such.

    PS.
    If y'all pirates out there are gettin' any ideas, all your gonna find is meds' ya dont know how to use, a standard ship and a pissed off space redneck, so buzz off.
