Skarti, We only wish such a thing was possible, and sympathize with your plight, however there is no known technological solution to your problem that does not involve committing any Crimes against Sentient Beings (aka galactic version of crimes against humanity). Unless of course the subject is a Glitch, in which case a software update is all that is needed. I would suggest implementing the human psychologist B. F. Skinner's method of behavioral modification.
