Two rooms are for renting, probably mid-sized apartments. Furniture already in; $1,000.00 a month, and $1,000.00 down payment. Few conditions. Don't move out any furniture without notifying Gillian, don't mess with the structure of the room, and don't mess with anything electrical or plumbing wise.
