Volare is a young Avian caught out in the harsh frontier, doing his best to float on. He keeps his vibrant red feathers properly preened, his talons sharpened, and his beak filed, giving him a well kempt appearance. When clothed, he has no visible scars, but in the nude it's easy to see he has a few spots with missing feathers. Volare sports a rather limber frame, but his muscle definition is usually lost under his feathers. His plumage is long and pointy, often giving the illusion that he's somewhat taller than he actually is. His beak is short and stout, ending in a pointed hook. His eyes are a soft hazel. He speaks with a scratchy, rough tone, almost like he's been a long time smoker. Volare can vary in what he wears, but it's rare to catch him without his teal scarf, a memento from an old friend. Volare, typically when he wants to be comfortable, can be found in a plain blue hooded robe. Volare can also be found in less traditional wear, like jeans and jackets, however.
