    My new character is an outcast Glitch who studies on xeno technology, he also wishes to create a phase 1 android, just as a slave and for bragging rights. I'd be willing to do all the RP necessary to make this character interesting and enjoyable for other players.

    Also, am I allowed to create a forgery/foundry on a remote planet? Like a small workshop; nothing too big.

    So long as your androids aren't tossing people around like ragdolls and you're not producing a billion of them in your megafactory, it should be fine. Just use common sense and you'll be a-okay doing this. Approved.

    Oh, nearly forgot. If you plan to actually play an android or robotic character based off this, you'll need to put in a character application for it.
