Whitelist is back in business

When attempting to log in, it said that my account name does not exist on the list.. so I rummaged around my welcome packet to fish out the section that contained the server IP and the whitelist registration link- but when attempting to register through the link it said I had an invalid authentication code.


Any suggestions?

 

I did the same thing and it worked from my application threat.
I join the server and it says its a late version, cant join it.

 

There was a recent update to Starbound, like within the past few hours recent. If your Starbound is set to automatically update, chances are you just patched the game and the server has yet to do so.. or it could be the other way around- your Starbound may not be the most recent and the Server updated.


If you are running Beta v. Upbeat Giraffe - Update 2, Protocol: 668, you are running the most recent version of Starbound.

 

Then i have updated it.. damnit..

 

So if we updated it, will we be forced to wait?

F*ck realized that all servers are not up to date.
Cant join any server now ;~;

 

MRW the whitelist comes back up.

 

I fixed the error- it seems that the whitelist link that was sent to me added an additional > at the end of the authentication code.. removing that > allowed me to register normally.

 

AHA i fixed it- oh wait i get this ''Anonymous Connections Disallowed.''
What does that mean? :/

I really like the whitelist it's way easier to remember my password for it than the old random letters one
