    (( But dats an OOC application :( also the bad thing about space station colonies is if someone plants a boom boom charge also known as a C4 on the engine room/fusion reactor then RIP entire colony :( ))

    ((That is why the Fusion Reactor and the Engine Room will be the most heavily guarded parts of the station. Nobody will be allowed access to them aside from security, and turrets have been programmed to fire on sight at anyone not recognized within their databases. And we also have on our side the fact that nobody would possibly think of destroying advanced technology when they could salvage it for themselves, especially in Antares.

    We also have backup solar panels and nuclear reactors, but those will not supply the energy needs for long, and the engines aren't really needed for a stable orbit, moreso needed to maneuver out of the way of incoming asteroids big enough to put a breach in the hull.))

    NovaZenk, your application is accepted! ((When the server resets, coordinates will be sent out to the Building team as well as any Members interested in helping. As for you, Deadkool-aid, please submit an IC explanation of why you want to live in NEXUS.))

    ((Alright, so we have a few options here.

    1. Asteroid field. This has the advantage of being accessible, but no hub-systems (solar systems with multiple colonies in them) have Asteroid Fields within them at the moment.

    2. Planetary Orbit. We would have to build a "Space Elevator" to ferry people up to orbit, which would take time. But it can be used on any planet, so we could join a hub system.

    Suggestions? Also if you know the coordinates to any hub systems or planned hub systems please let me know so I can scope out potential build sites.))

    There's always the possibility of finding an asteroid field that is in orbit of a planet.

    They'd count as two seperate locations on the starmap but can be roleplayed with their proximity in mind.

    ((oops lol! I should probably change this to an OOC thread. Anyways I'm not entirely sure that asteroid fields will spawn in the same "planet" as other planets/moons.))
